Shipping Methods

All of our products will be shipped FREE OF CHARGE directly to the customer by standard registered air freight. We will endeavor to ship all orders within 2 working days of receipt of each order. Please be aware however, that we are shipping from Thailand and whilst it generally takes 2-3 weeks to ship to most places, it has, on very rare occasions (particularly during Covid), taken up to two months. Please be patient, our products are worth the wait.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with the set of grips that you receive you can simply repackage the product and return it to us. Upon receipt of the returned grips, we will immediately give you a refund on your order (although depending on the reason for the return of the grips, we may deduct $10 to cover the original shipping costs). Alternatively we could offer you a replacement set of grips at no additional cost.
